Chris Allen

Chris Allen spent most of her career as an archaeologist, writing and editing technical reports. In 2014, she joined the Corrales Writing Group (CWG) and discovered the world of creative writing. Since then, her stories and editing of CWG anthologies have won awards at the state and national level. She is a member of the National Federation of Press Women and New Mexico Press Women. Much of her work is created while riding her Morgan horse, Faith. Chris is currently working on two other books, a science fiction novel with her husband, Paul Knight, and a romance mystery with Patricia Walkow.
